Michał brings over 15 years of experience in production management, engineering, and operations across heavy industry and infrastructure sectors.

A certified International Welding Engineer (IWE), Michał is deeply involved in quality control, inspection, and certification. His leadership style combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical know-how, ensuring that every PROram project meets the highest industry standards.

Sveinung is a finance and compliance expert with over two decades of experience in business development, cross-border trade, and management.

With roots in Norway and extensive work throughout Europe, he ensures PROram’s operations align with local and international business standards.

His Scandinavian approach to business emphasizes transparency, long-term value creation, and trust. At PROram, he oversees financial strategy, risk management, and corporate structure.
